Sidian provides AI-powered agents that interact with your Obsidian vault to provide reflections, research, and brainstorming capabilities. The Service processes your notes to generate AI-driven insights.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Payment Terms

• All subscriptions are billed annually
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers

Data and Privacy

Your notes are processed to provide the Service but are never used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content are owned by Sidian
• You retain ownership of your original notes and content
• Agent-generated content is provided for your use

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
